Return Policy

We at Wearability want you to have a peace of mind. We examine all of our items thoroughly before shipping them to you to ensure that all our items are in top condition when you receive them. We know that online shopping is not the same as the conventional shopping experience, especially in the sense that you are unable to try the clothes on before purchasing them. Therefore, we have a 7-day return and exchange policy, in case you have any issues with the size of the clothes.

Here are the terms and conditions:

1. If the clothes you bought are too big or too small, you can send them back to us and we will give you the option of either exchanging the item for another item of the same price or giving you a refund of the price of the item. 

2. We will not be refunding the shipping fee as we only charge you the cost of the shipping. 

3. We will not bear the shipping cost when you return the item(s) to us. 

4. We will only be giving you the refund/exchanging the item after we've received the returned item from you.
